We will then suggest an ongoing maintenance program for your home. Our goal is to solve your pest problem while minimizing the amount of pesticides in your home. Your safety is our first concern!
Residential Protection Program
Season after season, your home will be exposed to different types of pests. Roaches, ants, spiders, squirrels, raccoons, and rodents will all be trying to make a home in yours. To make sure the pests you've so carefully controlled don't return, you can contract us for an ongoing maintenance program.
With our Residential Protection Program, service visits are scheduled four times a year to help prevent your pest problem from reoccurring and to troubleshoot for any future problems.
Spring - Early Summer
Thorough inspection in and around your home for pest conditions, and treatment of specific problems. Checking of monitor service stations. Application of protective barrier around the exterior of your home to keep crawling insects from entering.
Summer - Fall
Careful exterior inspection and treatment of any new infestations. Exterior barrier application with power sprayer to keep out the pest invaders.
Fall - Winter
Complete inspection of your home for potential pest problems and a complete Pest Management Inspection. Checking of monitor stations. Evaluation and treatment of any pest infestations.
